How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order to the United States.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Most items then arrive in 7 to 12 business days. Items stocked in our US warehouse, such as the adjustable dumbbell and Pilates kit, usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 3 business days to show its first update.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send it back.
What if my package is late or lost?
If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, contact us and we'll open a trace with the carrier. If it still hasn't been delivered 45 days after shipping, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund. Orders can't be canceled once they've shipped.
Can I return something I don't want?
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first for the return address; return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy for details.
Why might my items arrive in separate packages?
Some products ship from different warehouses, so a multi-item order can arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll update it before it ships.
Are these products medical devices?
No. Our massagers and recovery tools are for general relaxation and fitness use. Check with a doctor before use if you're pregnant, injured or have a medical condition.
